It's my birthday this week and I am feeling sad and lonely. Even though I have a loving partner and friends, I have less-than-usual family support

My mom is sick and mentally ill, my dad passed away, my brother is mentally ill and not really able to communicate.

I got drunk last night and drove home afterwards, and my partner was upset about that. I cried and cried, saying "no one cares".

I can relate to an extent. I also get worse around my birthday. It's just a reminder to me that it's been yet another year that I'm "[I]stuck[/]" here.
