It's my fault I'm this way. No matter how you slice it I'm to blame. I have this stupid tremor because I was too weak to deal with my depression. I was too weak to do something about it. Wether I was to pick myself up and stop acting like a little baby or to follow through with what I had planned I was too weak to do either. Now all I do is make excuses. "I always have an excuse." as my wife told me. I have an excuse why I won't goto a dr about this. I have an excuse why I won't take meds. So it's my fault. I am not stepping up and acting like a man. Instead I'm sitting in the middle of the floor throwing a tantrum. (Metaphorically speaking) So until I stop acting like a little kid I won't get better. I will have to live with this stupid tremor for probably the next 50 years because I'm too weak to do anything.
I'm sorry for posting so much as of late. But as I was recently told "If I were truly sorry I'd do something about it."

When a kids cries it's ok because they are a kid. When a woman cries it's ok because women are emotional.
When a man cries Suck it and be a man
