Today has been an especially bad one..........dark moods. Anxiety so bad that I had to sit in my car at lunch and cry just to get it all out. This after a very "up" weekend of celebration (it was our 22nd wedding aniversary), xmas shopping ,decorating, etc. Not much sleep and I was feeling good. So good. Today has been the ultimate crash. Like a hammer to the head. I feel like I'm stuck in a spider web of sorts with my life force being sucked out by some invisible beast that I cannot kill. Someone please get me a really big shoe to stomp this mother!

Yes, that's how it happens. ONe day you are high and energetic, the naxt day you wish you were never born. How frustrating...

So I still haven't found a big enough shoe. Although today I managed to chase that sucker into a corner.
