Trigger!
My depression and anxiety are .. not improving :-( Maybe I’m .......... deleted......... (I was going to insult myself but deleted the insult...) Why insult the bear, there are plenty out there in real life all too happy to do that.. (thud) :-( I’d rather have two friends than a whole bunch of people who give me “supply”  I know that NPD is a mental illness ... And I’ve had some good friends who had traits of NPD.. But I find it hard to have empathy for a narcissistic therapist who abused me and narcissistic parental units with an inability to love. I’m sure there are some in this world who would disagree... And maybe I sound like an up myself POS saying this.. But maybe I’m not such a total “failure” and POS as I sometimes feel... As unlike the “family” units I have empathy, I can love, and I don’t use people as “supply” and then discard them  (Not about anyone on pc)
