It is just that work is killing me. Being a doctor resident in my country at my hospital is insane. I am not sure how to cope with that. I don’t even have time for myself or for visiting my family or to study. And I am alone in my suffering.

I've worked in the medical field (not as an M.D. though) but have heard how difficult it is being an intern or resident. No one says it's easy. But if you can somehow manage to get through it, maybe things will get better after awhile.

Realize this isn't much of a comfort, but I feel for you.
