Today has been really hard mentally. Well the last few weeks have been a struggle. My anxiety has been high and my ADHD is a Nightmare.
I’m just sick of everything and just feel alone and over it. My family makes everything worse as they are negative & think my ADHD is a excuse....so I havent told them about my anxiety or other things going on.

I have a psych appt on Monday but im barely hanging on right now.

I have no clue what to do. I just hope this psych can help me and is better than the last one.

How do you deal on the hard dark days when you just want to give up on life?

I spend time with my inner child.

I also agree with Nenufar, these days do pass.

You mention a negative family. Could your anxiety relate to an emotional flashback?

Well, what do you do when you just want to give up? Sit on your thoughts and/or feelings? Occupy yourself to try and ignore your thoughts and feelings?

In the meantime, one thing you could maybe do if you haven't already, is to simply try different ways of coping and find out which makes the days just a little bit easier, and that form of coping could be anything really.

I’m anxious about everything not just things related to my family.

Anxiety is cruel.

If I have problems, I try to sort them out, in the hope of relief.

Something or nothing arrives to replace it

I am finding a paper bag to be helpful lately.

Sending kind thoughts
