I enjoy using journaling prompts. I have a few that are my favorite that I reuse when I'm not feeling well or I need to shift my mood. One is:
List 20 things that make you smile. I thought we could do a similar thing and list 5 things that make us smile each day. A sunrise Watching my cats play Eating a breakfast sandwich Playing my game Getting a text message I would love to hear what makes you smile.

5 things that make me smile a gorgeous sunset a friendship request or PM on PC when a puppy stops to greet me in the street when tuned in parents are laughing with their little ones at the store this thread made me smile!!!

Things that made me smile today:
Completing a painting. Feeding the cats. Having a nice cup of coffee. My cat digging in my tissue box. Sitting in my living room with the slider open.

Things that made me smile today:
Completing a hard game challenge that took me 20 tries. The smell of rain on the air this morning. My cat sleeping in her house. A text from my sister. Talking to my friend this afternoon.
