I try many things to escape and avoid the pain.
It keeps coming... I have too much pain trapped inside. I need to accept me AS IS. Thirty shades is in pain and must live with it.

Escaping the pain
distracting from the pain avoiding the pain... putting up with the pain  love and respect to all who are in pain AS IS We are so much stronger than 'they' irl can comprehend

Yes I get very panicky.
It is all over for me. It can be very devastating, like I don’t know what to do. When I’m worst I always feel a lot of anxiety. That’s almost the worst part of it.

I describe mine like being trapped in an elavator
it all just builds up and up and up and up (like the passengers getting in), and the door never opens to let them out 10 out of 10 most days think the best is usually around a 6 or 7 |

My pain is like a roller coaster lately...
It can be a 3 then shoots up to a 10 and makes me panic....

Some things are out of my control and I often feel angry and other things are in my control and I can appreciate that. A career change may be needed and it’s up to me to work towards that. Pain is feeling like crying, but you can’t, you’re at work, need to focus and get work done. The tears are often there, but must forge on.

For me it's like a huge, heavy, dark blanket that envelops me, drains my energy, keeps me from doing anything... Any efforts to make it go away just make it worse. Like the Dementors.....

as if the decision has to be made right now and I am ready to come out of my skin
or never and I pull further into quiet, motionless darkness between these I manage tasks of daily living and ache for places I will never be words said after my brother's suicide that intrude "...there were just places he couldn't go..."---'places'---thoughts, it is hard to explain how emotional pain is also biochemical --like a switch gets flipped...how shame can kill... and is as needful of relieving as the pain of physical trauma. what you can't see can hurt you.

The physical effect of the pain when intense steals my ability to think, read and feels like a form of suffocation.....
It takes time to get back to a normal level of low level functioning Hugs and respect to all who need them

Today I will be satisfied if I can sweep and mop the floor of this room...
It is going to be a warm and sunny day and I should be outside but... but here I am for now College radio station on, maybe the kids will get me moving. I wonder if I will do the next road trip I have planned... It means buying cat food and setting things up for her...which seems overwhelming right now for no apparent reason there are geese in the pond I should look out the window. later.
