The battle rages on ....
The battle inside each of us, the battle against the old tapes telling us we are .. “Not good enough” and all the other stuff... The battle to stay alive... The battle to try to heal a little... The battle to celebrate our small victories.. And not tear ourselves down for ........ The battle to remain tolerant and kind towards others despite our deep internal pain and anguish..... Feel free to add any of your thoughts re the above  Much love and respect to all posters
