There have been so many things I've wanted to say lately and every time i start to type it out I decide not to. So I'm just going to start typing and see where it goes.

I just want to push my wife away so when the day comes that I finally do give up it won't hurt her as bad and she will have moved on from me. In the end though I'm too nice to be mean enough to push her away. Yet she deserves better than me. She doesn't deserve to have to deal with my crap.

You often hear people talk about lquid courage. I will never have the courage on my own to follow through. Maybe I just need lquid courage to finish the job. Seeing as how I don't drink it wouldn't take much. I am just so tired of living. I have given up any hope of ever getting "better". That just won't work for me.

Maybe one day soon I can over come my fear and cowardness.

Why push her away? I must have missed a bunch of previous discussions on this topic. But I think it’s a shame to push away someone if she does truly love you.

So she will leave me. That way when the day finally comes that I am able to finish it she won't be hurt near as bad as if we were still together.

No you didn't miss anything.

I’m very sorry you feel this way. Is there anybody IRL you can talk to about this?

No advice... just a simple wish that, in some way, you might find a path to deep peace within…
