I've been reading a lot about how positive self talk can help rewire the programming in our brains so that we become naturally more effective at things and also feel more harmonious with our world and other people. Here is a wonderful self talk session for depression. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I plan to listen to it twice a day for 30 days.

thanks.

if you have an alexa, their's a nice show on their called everyday positivity

the woman who does it makes you think about all sorts of stuff, and her little phrase at the end is always " and remember, you got this."
