..that I might have depression.
I feel useless
tired
like everyone hates me
sad
& I've had suicidal thoughts.

The thing is, I'm afraid to tell anyone..

I'm 16..I don't know if that matters at all.

I'm afraid to tell anyone I suspect I have some form of depression as well...
it's helped me coming here in a few ways, especially in that here... I can talk about my problems with people who can understand, give good advice and stuff...
I haven't told anyone outside of psych central how I feel... but I'm thinking of calling a therapist. I'm 19. I've read enough to know it can happen really early... even kids in elementary school o.o

Are your parent supportive? If so... scary as it sound talk to them? If they are not, or you're just to afraid (and that's ok) can you think of anyone else to go to??

If you can't do that, at least try to think about it, maybe post here... try to break the cycle as best you can... it really matters you shouldn't feel that way, you have a full life ahead of you

pm me anytime if you want, check out live chat, and keep posting
hang in there

As hard as it is, I really suggest talking with your parents. I've been there (just recently actually), but I can say that it does help. If they really care, and don't deny things, they'll want to help.

Talking to them might be really hard, so I suggest doing what I did. Write them a letter about what's going on, and leave it in a place they'll see it. You don't have to be there when they read it, so it's a lot easier.

I'm 17 by the way. So just about your age.

PM me anytime.
