Someone said to me...
that I 'couldn't be a better friend..
but the pain won't let me feel anything but pain'

that is one thing, probably the only thing I can do 'well' ... be a true and loyal friend.
(and of course. 'doing things well' is the only definition of the Value of a Person ) (so I've been told by some in this forest irl, particularly family members )

which, given the 'nature' of the whole 'family of origin' might refute those who claim i'm unable to 'move on' or ………. etc... (it isn't a black and white thing, or a particularly useful concept to me personally as it tends to be used by people who don't care to listen, not only of course … )

I'm also very gifted at being misunderstood

and having read this post i'm not sure I would understand it either if I was unknown to me
