I'm unable to communicate, to talk clearly (either in real life or online)
If I do speak, everything I say is a mistake or worse.

Communication is not perfect. A conversation is a sometimes messy exchange to make something clear. It puts pressure on us when we try to be perfect. If everyone had to be perfect, we wouldn't say anything to prevent mistakes.

I like it when you 'speak' online. And, bears in real life are always fun to talk to.

Communication is a two way street. It takes someone one to listen, show empathy without judgement. It is okay to have to clarify your thoughts and words.

I love to hear your words which are spoken from your heart with truth.

Sadly I know how you feel. I often find that others often miss my point or draw the wrong conclusion from what I say.
