The cruel tapes that play...
telling us we are ………..

I don't like those who make cruel YOU statements that are lies

They are emotionally violent and wrong

(not about anyone on pc)

We are not shameful beings.
We are 'beautiful'

((((((( )))))))

On the one hand, I have been unsuccessful shutting down my own tapes.

On the other hand, I find it difficult to care what they say. Maybe the benzodiazepines help with that; maybe it's the depression itself - ironically - that, in my case, diminishes the capacity to "feel" the impact of the repeating tapes.

But you have found nothing that helps.

Is there a "cure"?
Is there a "cure" that isn't worse than the disease?
