i am on an upswing and it's scary. Suddenly I feel optomistic . Don't know if it''s the meds or I'm just cycling. Why does feeling good when you're so used to being in a bad place cause so much anxiety?????? It's like Im waiting for the hammer to fall.

Fear of it not lasting?

I'm glad you are feeling a little better, feeling good can be a little disconcerting, I hope the good feeling stays for you.

It's scary because it's different. Maybe it's real.

This time I will be prepared if I feel it coming again. This depression has lasted for months. Words can't describe it. I'm still not feeling whole but I'm having alot of moments of clarity. Kind of like driving out of a fog. I'm still not trusting it though. Maybe in time if it lasts I will learn to do that. Until then I'll have the kleenex and the movies ready. And I'll have all of you great people here at PC!!
