desiree----i am trying to use lifestyle medicine which is attempting
to stay away from medicines prescribed by doctors....klonopin can be addictive...

I think I'll keep klonopin for sos, won't take it regularly.

As in brutal ''honesty'' or rather their perspective on ''reality''
and saying that what I said is ''ridiculous''

Therapists need more understanding of CPTSD.
Offering honest solutions to help us can help or bring us down....

The focus needs to be on understanding and managing our emotions....

I lack awareness of how I feel so very much of the time
My panic can't be ignored, Grrrr
My inner self resorts to panic to get my awareness, I wonder?
