i want a valium...
i need a valium... i am choosing today to just accept that i go down bad some days... i love valium...it was my go to friend...but it may have made me more dependent... and i am pretty dependent... |

i keep telling myself ---you need a valium...why not...
i will try a different way today...not that old friend of mine[valium]... i still love valium...i love wine...i love coffee... but the valium really calms me down like nothing else in this world.. maybe i haven't accepted what screws me up...like my marriage...for one thing... |

i am angry with my wife...that is part of my problem...
but generally angry at what is happening in the world.. and i am disappointed in my lifestyle approach to feeling better... but i am not going to stop eating healthy... i still believe that is a very big thing for my mental health... |
