sugar/sugar/and more sugar......i really screwed my brain up...
ever since thanksgiving.....now i am paying the price with a downturn..... i can't believe what a binger i am...maybe someday i will learn... so now i am turning to nutritional psychiatry for some help.... i need help... |

a major confession......i never ever wanted to work hard... i thought going into psychiatry would be any easy way to work and help people... i was very wrong....it took me down into the depression hell hole..... i just didn't want to work very hard....but what i saw was awful.... more to come from the bus...for my friends... |

How are you little turtle?
My boyfriend may come to see me in India in February. I am still not too well, somewhat depressed and anxious, still get the panic attacks. But my immediate environment has improved a lot, my Mom's much kinder to me. Love to you and fuzzy, thirty shades, rohag and everybody else on the as is bus. |

Thirty shades feels like she is dragged down by a huge number of heavy bags...
 But there is nothing in the bags...  Feeling low with nothing to feel low about sucks....  I am sending hugs and love to all on the bus
