Well I need some advice.
I'll be soon on Prozac 20mg, Klonopin 0.25mg and Solian(Amisulpride) 50mg. I also take a med called pacetane 2mg(trihexyphenidyl) for akathasia. I am experiencing depression, panic attacks and general anxiety about the future. I have very low energy and attention and memory problems. My boyfriend again stopped talking to me. He was supposed to come to India in February where I am located and make arrangements(fiance visa etc) to take me out to USA. This has somewhat numbed me and made me very sad and hopeless. Desiree2006, based on your own experience, do you think these medications are making it easier for you to do what you think needs to be done in the days and weeks ahead, or are they making it harder?

Desiree, I am sorry you are feeling sad and hopeless...
 I do not take meds as they don't work for me at all and make me feel worse. I am sorry your boyfriend has gone silent again. I hope he will bounce back in time to visit.

bad night.....frustrated and angry....
i go to three groups in my community.... sunday/monday/tuesday...... people irl are not interested in REAL religion or health or science... they just talk about things that are not upsetting..... |

i am still working on lifestyle medicine.....6 different things....
i have been trying to stress less using meditation...practice is hard.... |

very good question fuzzy.....i would tell him to leave fame and fortune behind....
at my 2 mental health clinics i was not appreciated.....i refused to see a person every 15 minutes....and i didn't push the drugs......the administration did not like that.....they wanted me out of there......finally they found doctors that would replace me and do as they said......i was 65 and able to retire before they kicked me out....they were no longer interested in keeping me....i am very sad and angry still about what happened..... i hope it helps me with my fears and angers and sadness....my life.... i want...i need some coffee and alcohol and valium...not now LT |
