As crappy as it is, depression effects every aspect of your life and body. As you get the depression under control the other aspects should get better.

Psychosematic (sp?) I remember reading a book about people getting sick and I ended up catching something like what they had. When you are feeling down your mind causes your body to go through what your mind is feeling. Kind of a self defense mechanism

It sucks. Wish i could say more, something to make you laugh or at least raise a smile but my brain has gone on a very long journey it seems and left me behind. How can

if is not too personal Kebs, how do you pain manage? My mom uses booze and aspirin mostly... when severe she uses the muscle creams... if real bad, she'll get on a massage pad...

cant bring myself to massage her... she never has asked...

Kebs. I always hurt when my mood goes south. I think it's from the tension.

((((kebs))))) so sorry that you're having body aches. i was surprised last april when i hit bottom with my depression. and that was when i started having so many bodily complaints. sore back, sore neck, achy this and that.... i'm still having aches, despite the cymbalta!
