Let me start this off saying this is in no way a suicidal post, but rather one speaking on my emotions, not desperation.

Maybe I should be dead. Someone told me they wish I were dead. I can barely walk atm due to sciatic pain. I seem to mess up everything. So maybe the person has a good idea - I should be dead.

The person doesn't sound very nice or helpful to me.

You maybe mentally or physically ill but you are still worthwhile.

We can all make mistakes, we are human...
Things go wrong around me all the time too...
Our brains malfunction which makes life more of a challenge...

When I feel lost, I normally need reminding... (not sure why I can't remember to do this myself, another one of my faults I suppose, Grrrrr)
I have disconnected from myself...
Spending time with my inner child and attempts of self love help sometimes.

I am also reminded that there is always someone suffering the same feelings and we are never alone.
