When I try to guess what different people's triggers might be,
so as NOT to trigger them....
(and inevitably I get it wrong sometimes since i'm not a mind reader )

I'm sure i'm not alone in having had people try to guess or ''study'' what they think my triggers are, so as to trigger me. What a waste of a ''life'' .. and yes I know that sounds mean.. ''but'' how cruel and destructive

I thought of that just now since I've been sending out pictures.

(not about anyone on pc. I mentioned some mean people on another board recently. they really were a pos... they are lucky they didn't encounter my grrrrr bear )

I sometimes accidentally trigger others. I do not mean to though.

I like your grrr bear, too.

Our triggers leave us sensitive...

Respect with empathy and compassion help us to be part of the world...

Being triggered unintentionally and with kindness is part of life
Abuse, cruelty and bullying and the people who do this, is best avoided

When I try to guess.....

Big hugs
