I am currently battling depression and wanted to see if anyone had any advice regarding disassociating?
I hate when this happens because I will be mid task, whether it be having a conversation with someone or trying to study etc, and suddenly I will entirely zone out. It's like I get trapped in my own head and can't focus on anything until I somehow snap out of it. I hate the sudden overwhelming feeling of detachment from my own reality. Can anyone relate, or have any tips on staying grounded and getting out of your own mind? |

I also dissociate from myself. It is common if you have suffered trauma. I haven't found an answer yet.
