I have passed my last exam.
What I have left to be a pharmacist is a six month long internship at a hospital for acute and terminal patients and a project. But... I feel incompetent, like a total mess. Yesterday I was looking at patients medication while thinking "How am I supposed to know if the meds are rigth??????!?!?????". Fortunately it is not my job to decide that now. I just feel like a fraud.

Even if you know everything from your exams with your eyes closed, its way different than actually being there in person. You are going to learn so much at your internship and that's the whole point of it: to learn. You got this, dont beat yourself up for being a newbie
