Quick summary: Whenever I stay in my apartment too long without going outside or when I experience stress my mind snaps where it feels like my thoughts are screaming with a great pressure and I slur my words like Leo DiCaprio did at end of The Aviator. The only thing that helps is clonazepam. It use to go away whenever I went outside but now its staying longer even on vacation.

Long summary: 15 years ago I lived in this hostel and barely left my room for a month where I drove myself crazy with racing thoughts where I had to be hospitalized . Before I could stay inside for days at a time no problem now a few hours makes me want to snap. Thanks.

You mention racing thoughts. Do you have bipolar disorder?

A bit which i take 300mg of seroquel xr for which do nothing for anxiety. It seems like my condiyion is cabin fever which triggers my past insanity.
