I find even brushing my teeth really difficult some days, however, you feel a lot better mentally/clarity-wise for the rest of the day.
You're setting yourself up to do the right things throughout the rest of the day. |

Today goals were to do some laundry, walk my dog, make turkey chili with sweet potatoes, call my mom, make my bed, brush my teeth, shower. Ok did all except shower, and showered last night.
