woke from a struggled sleep snapping and growling at everyone, no paticular reason just startted the day that way, have a headache and i think i have a head cold on way
but i snapped at hubby and kids when they tried to talk to me about there stuff

maybe it was because they wanted my attention but i needed my attention all to myself untill i had a cuppa and breakie

now i am full of guilt coz hubby was in a ok mood now hes slipped a bit

Everyone has those days, I was sick yesterday with a migraine headache that lasted from 6 am to 8 pm. It was horrible, I felt like crying. I hope your family understands.
Maybe you can just apologize to eveyone for your behavior.

Please take care,
Sassy grrrrrrrrrr day grrrrrrrrrr day

happens to me too Kathryn... i regret it later too, but at those moments, it just isnt important enough that i'll end up kicking myself the rest of the day for it or apologising like everything just to get things balanced again...

hope TRM and the family will cut some slack this time for you.. you've all been thru so much...
