Thank you for making this thread!

I don't feel motivated today, so I will try to write down some goals here (hope that helps):

* I will fill my pill box.
* I will tidy up my sofa and then hoover it.
* I will empty the dishwasher and then fill it again.
* I will not allow myself to skip meals.

I am overwhelmed today. Today I will:

1. Continue with den
2. Go to eye doctor
3. Send funny card to daughter

I still don't feel all that well today. Yesterday I unloaded the dishwasher and I washed clothes. Today I hope to take the trash out. Not sure I will do anything else. I mainly want to rest.

I have already marked that I filled my pill box. After that I did not feel well. It took me a long time to get rid of some of the stuff in the sofa. But at least I have started. The hoovering has to wait until tomorrow. For now I will try to make a meal and then take the rest of the day off.

Today, I have tried to come up with a college plan... didn't go so well with covid and everything, so still working on that.
Tomorrow I need to write a thank you card and email for the teachers that wrote recommendations for me.

I was able to take out my trash. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Tomorrow, I plan to:

1. See my GP.
2. Clean the litter box.

I'm rescheduling my GP appointment. I have another appointment this week that I want to make my priority. I added more litter to the automatic litter box. And I washed dishes.

Today, I will do the following:

1. Try to get some sleep.
2. Read some of my metaphysical books.
3. Watch inspirational videos.

I feel very tired today and I'm a little stressed. I want to spend the remainder of the day just resting, relaxing and recuperating. If my wrist didn't bother me so much, I would cancel my other appointment. I just don't want to leave my house. But I'll power through and go.

I was exhausted and stressed after the eye doctor so I rested the remainder of the day. Today I will:

1. Continue with the den
2. Run errands
3. Attend a Zoom meeting tonight

I did force myself to go outside. It was raining, but it was wonderful. I was dressed from top to toe for the weather.

Energy level is low and I want to post some of my goal activities for tomorrow in advance:

* Shower after breakfast.
* Fill the dishwasher and put it to work.
* Write the grocey list for this week.
* Vacum clean the floor in the living room.

I’m going to attend my Zoom meeting in about 35 minutes but I helped my mom all day so everything else went by the wayside. I am majorly stressed out. I must find a way to turn it around. Tomorrow is a repeat of today:

1. Run errands
2. Continue on den
3. Attend Zoom meeting
4. Cook dinner for family

I ended up doing a Zoom meeting with my doctor and rescheduling my Friday appointment for my wrist. I have another more important appointment to take care of. It was recommended by my doctor. I'll do that on Friday. I'm a bit worried about that appointment because of what the results may be.

Today, I will mainly rest but I do have some chores I have to deal with:

1. Clean the litter box.
2. Read some of my books.
3. Watch 360 videos.

Oh, it's 360 degree videos for VR headsets. It's like I am really there. I plan on looking at horse videos. I want to be near them. I hope to find a video of someone feeding them some carrots. I also hope to do some ocean view videos. Those are really nice.

It sounds like a marvellous experience. Wished I could see these videos but I’m a totally basking-case in what new technologies regards.

I fell and hit my head against a wall two weeks ago. The pain is gone, but the tiredness continues. The only things I was able to do yesterday was to take that shower and write a grocery list.

Today I will only try to do this:

* Tidy up living room and kitchen
* Fill the dishwasher
* Take out trash.

Yesterday, I really didn't feel well. I was able to clean the litter box but never got to relax. I have no chores for today, so I will rest and recuperate. I do feel better this morning. So this is what I have in mind:

1. Watch inspirational videos.
2. Watch a comedy.
3. Read in bed.
