Some time ago, we had a really great thread about daily tasks and getting support from accountability partners. Nothing formal. Just checking in each day with the tasks we completed and what we want to do next. I miss that thread and hope to revive it. So I'll start.

Today I did the following:

Washed dishes.
Did laundry.

Tomorrow I hope to:

Clean the litter box.
Clean up in the bathroom.
Put clean sheets on the bed.

How about you? What are your goals for the day or what have you accomplished?

So far I have cleaned the litter box and done some cleaning in the bathroom. I am tired now. I think I will finish up another day.

- eaten a healthy breakfast (fruit salad)

did laundry

put on clean clothes

not eaten too many snacks

I have done none of it. Today I took out the trash. I think I want to do the following later:

1. Cook a meal.
2. Take a shower.

I reschedule my vet appointment. And I decided I'm not taking out the trash yet. Also, I haven't cleaned the litter box. I will do that in a little bit.

I took out the trash, cleaned the litter box and opened a couple of packages. I also unloaded the dishwasher. I will finish the dishes soon.

Tomorrow, I will:

1. Talk to my med provider.
2. Clean more litter boxes.
3. Open 1 more package.

Well, I had a plan for my shift at work and got very little done. I seem to get less and less done the more I try and do there! I hate it lol. But I’m off tomorrow, and hopefully I can manage to:
1. Tidy up in my bedroom a bit
2. Change bed
3. Finish knitting the first Christmas gift bag for my friend

I'm not very good with this stuff. My allergies prohibit me from doing some things I would otherwise enjoy (I do not wish to take oral steroids )

Today my main goal is to clean my fangs, since I had a fang taken out a month ago. I do not think I caused this by not cleaning my teeth, but I guess I'm hyper vigilant or something now.

I have eaten well. But had a bit of martini tonight, I generally do not over indulge in alcohol at all. But having some ''bad news'' today (nothing major, just annoying and triggering) I decided I deserved to treat myself

I am new here, but hope to find some supportive and like minded folks here. Today, it is 8:30am and I have planned today:
Psychiatry appt at 9:30am for check in (routine)
Writing
Keeping the house picked up
Starting on a knitted project
Work on a crocheted project (already started)
Look for a knitters' group in my town
Stay on my trajectory of eating well, drinking enough water, and do some kind of exercise.
Look for a masseuse.
