I haven’t written in a while. Just felt like it.
A while back I got the diagnosis Avoidant Personality Disorder.

Right now I feel deflated. Been to a meeting with my support team, talking about the future and jobs. From now on I’ve said goodbye to the doctor at my old address, and am now transferred to the team in this new city I’m living in..

How do you guys do it? Keep going on despite everything? I feel so much shame being in this position, having been here so long. And the light at the end of the tunnel only gets more dim.. how the hell did all this happen to me, I don’t know.. I amaze myself at what I’ve gone through and I’m still here. I wonder if there will ever be a breaking point for me..

Sorry you are having a rough time. You should not feel shame in receiving help and being here. In the past I was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder with avoidant tendencies. It’s not easy, and hope you can make progress and great you’re in a support group.

Thanks for this!
