I was feeling pretty good today when I had it pointed out to me that some tires of my riding mower were flat and I had to help patch them. It just seems like life has a way of telling me what I didn't do right or get done. That's how I'm feeling at the moment.

It seems like when I'm feeling okay, there is always some other problem that has to be fixed or some job to be done in which I'm having to do something about it. It's just that sense of joy or happiness doesn't last for long before something troubles me whether it's the weather or someone's bad mood or a job I'm having to do. I have days when I wish someone could just have fun with me instead of me having to work with them. I thought I would at least keep quite a bit of joy of life but I'm seeing that I have kind of lost this sense of enjoying life. What a fun way to live!
