I did everything I intended yesterday and then some. I hope today is the same. It helps a lot to have cooler temps.

- Some food.
- Empty dishwasher and fill it again.
- Measure level of blood glucose.
- Hygiene.
- Send a message to the carpenter.
- Go for a walk at least 25 minutes.
- Some food.
- Massage my legs.
- Take it easy for the rest of the day.

May you all feel that what you are able to do is OK (either little or much)!

I’ve washed a load of clothes and am doing my homework for therapy tomorrow but I’m taking the day off of caretaking duties for some much needed R&R. I’ll pick back up tomorrow.

It seems like I forgot to click on "Submit Reply" yesterday. My goals are not here. (I was so tired and not well).

2 out of 4. I sent the thank you note and finally got my prescription. I did not write up results or make it to the beach but I did take an online class and meet with my writer's group. I already feel quite scattered this morning and need to sit down and plan when I will do each errand today.

The pool closes soon so I’m doing as much floating as possible. Today will be a full sun day so I’ll take advantage of that. In addition:

1. Care for brother
2. Clean kitchen
3. Take out trash to curb

I cooked a vegan meal this morning. I'm up early, which is unusual for me. The slider is open and it's cool. Today, I will:

1. Order groceries.
2. Take the trash out.
3. Try to rest/relax.

Yesterday was non-stop with annoying deviations instead of the fun deviations I had last week. I am glad it is over and today is clear of commitments.

So far I am zero for three. Last week or the week before all I wanted to do was work on my pitches even though I had more immediate deadlines. Now that my pitches are due, I want to do anything but work on them. Ugh!

I am going to give them thirty minutes starting now.

I had a doctor's appointment today. I also cooked and cleaned a litter box. Tomorrow, I hope to clean more litter boxes. I plan to cook and take a shower. I hope everyone has a nice weekend.

I have errands to do today and I plan to float as well. I’ll finish the kitchen and my sister and bil are coming over to help us clean off the screened in porch. Just in time for fall.
