Dear modestlychee6463,

I am so very, very sorry you are suffering so much. That is utterly heartbreaking. Wish I knew what to say to ease your pain and grief!

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

Thanks for your support. It's just that I have had times when every problem I have had and heard about has seemed so overwhelming that I have wanted to quit, and it seemed like it was getting worse instead of better.

So Sorry things are being so hard! Please Do not give up! i agree with the wise and wonderful Yaowen about being So Sorry for what you're going through. Please don't hurt yourself or others. Check yourself at the nearest hospital if the urges get strong. Remember that you deserve to feel better. Try to watch some movies or read something if it can help you distract from these dark thoughts. Hugs. Love. Stay Safe. Stay Strong. You deserve better. Sending many Safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @modestlychee6463, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!

I have done a lot of distracting myself through books and getting out and shows so I'm less likely to think those thoughts. Now I'm doing better and I'm seriously working out my issues with life. I have had to do some form of therapy online to help me work them out. I hope to stay out of that mode I was in this past week.

Exactly, when anyone sets a limit and does little to change the limit we stay stuck. What you did is you said, the limit is there but I don't have to listen to what the limit tells me, I can work on being limitless.

I did feel so bad because I felt helpless in the face of my problems. Now I have been able to work out some solutions and feeling better about taking action instead of just wishing .
