When I was taking a creative writing course, we were given a list of 50 random words and we had to choose something like 15 of them and write a story that incorporated those words. I ended up with a sentient elevator (named "Otis" of course :-) in a department store trying to help catch a thief with the help of a talking parrot who had escaped from the pet department.

You already are strong; we can't quite recognize and want what we don't "know" in some form already. Assume you are strong and look and work for it to materialize in the way you want to see it. You don't need to turn back time, you have plenty now.

You can prepare for travel, make your own travel "book" read widely to see where you want to go, what sorts of things you want to see? Your mother probably isn't going to live until you are 93 :-)

yeah Perna, something like that, yeah ..... want to have an RV when i go... might be a while still before i get all the way, so i hope i can make mini excursions in that direction, getting to know people and places.....

Husband Scott and I have an RV; we drove across country and back for our honeymoon, in two parts because of his work; 3 weeks in Fall of 1989 and 3 weeks Spring of 1990. We just bought a little, used RV, it was wonderful, many many great memories, like fishing in the Rio Grande :-)

I actually caught a little trout despite it being white fly week (like old home week for flies I guess? :-) but then on another cast my hook got caught on rocks or something, and I ended up breaking the line. It wasn't a very good spot but the whole concept of being able to say I'd been "fishing in the Rio Grande" just took my imagination.

The campground was State I think, no water hookups and the managers were volunteers. That's a neat job you might look into, you get a free site if you volunteer to be "hosts"

oh yeah.. thats kind of the hope... since i work with propane now, i hope i can get a host or maintenance job in a campsite/park.... someplace scenic... would love that....

well you can start by viewing good ole england we have some lovely places here in cornwall

hope this helps with your cabin feever i usually take a drive to nearest shop or go for a walk somewhere just to change scenery
