I put up the advent stars in my windows at and the advent candles at Saturday. Sunday was OK and calming. Today I have planned to do cleaning. Not the most exciting, but it has to be done.

I’m working to keep myself busy as a distraction from my depression

I've been pretty busy this week. Things seem to be going alright for me. There are a couple "thorns in the flesh" to deal with but it's far from severe. Just some small stuff. Nothing spectacular going on either but it's OK.

I feel fine this morning. Am going to use the day to relax. I deserve that!

I was busy this morning. I started my laundry around 6:30 AM. A nice neighbor and I talked for a bit in the laundry area. It was nice having that conversation. After the laundry I did some light shopping. This afternoon, nothing much. I felt tired as a took a little bit longer nap than usual. It was difficult at times to sleep through because of noise from the outside.

I'm feeling OK emotional wise now. But I have two medical check-ups next Tuesday at the same place and the same time. I'm dreading it and hope they will be alright.

I think my niece is causing me to have a lot of stress due to her being verbally, physically, controlling, bully is causing myself and my nephew to feel down and depressed.

I had a wonderful relaxed yesterday. Sometimes it is good to just let all plans go and try to enjoy the moment.

Today I have overslept and am OK with that. Have a feeling that this will be a good day as well!

I went grocery shopping early this morning, and when I got back home and parked on the street, I got a scare. There was a loose wild coyote that ran by across the street from me. This coyote appeared to be larger than the average sized ones. Fortunately it just ran straight ahead away from me. I was scared thinking that it would see me and attack. Other than that, nothing much else.

I am back down in the trough again. I haven't even started to put up my tree or any Christmas decorations. Last year I did such a nice job of decorating. I feel like I just don't care this year.

I just want to lie on the couch and watch TV. I hate being like this.

I was feeling pretty good today. But later this afternoon my friend and I got into an ugly fight. He was very hurtful to me. I don't know why I've kept him as a friend. I guess it's because he's all that I have.
