Really bad night. Totally frustrated and so damn tired. I wish I would just pass out for crying out loud. I want to get so mad; scream so loud for the world to hear. I am totally clenched up and feeling like a ****** bomb. I want to explode. I am so stupidly tired that things seem to be moving around me but I know when I look again; they are not going anywhere. Feel so uptight and so angry; why??? I keep clenching my body and my fists want to destroy something. What the hell is wrong with me. I am so sorry for this; if I dont vent I am going to completely and utterly lose my freaking mind. aaaaahhhhh.

What about trying to write it out on paper. Sometimes when you are that tense you got to remind yourself to relax, even though it is hard to do. What brough this on? <font color=red>~</font color=red><font color=blue>S</font color=blue><font color=green>u</font color=green><font color=blue>n</font color=blue><font color=green>d</font color=green><font color=blue>a</font color=blue><font color=green>n</font color=green><font color=blue>c</font color=blue><font color=green>e</font color=green><font color=red>~</font color=red> <font color=blue>"Never react emotionally to criticism. That is kind of where I am too right now... Things are happening, some good progress... but I still get bogged down with feeling depressed and hopeless, and sometimes anxiety ridden.
Why? Its just the depression. That's what it is, that's what it does. Try anything you can to get it to stop... you just have to get through the weekend (I know it probably seems a long way away right now). Remember to ask the doctor and in sessions in the hospital for some specific ideas for coping skills for when you feel this way. Writing them down... going out for a walk for some fresh air and excersize... gardening... reading... are some things to try. Reading never works for me because my mind races so much I can't concentrate. But there are huge lists of things for people to try. You can find some that work for you and that will be a good goal for you. I find that when my mind is racing I can shake my head and say "STOP" sometimes I say it out loud and that helps. Sometimes only for a little while but it helps. ------------------------------------ --http://www.idexter.com

Next time this happens try to write it down on paper , state what you were feeling, thinking, What the possible triggers could be ect.
You might find answers if you do. I have done that and have found answers. <font color=red>~</font color=red><font color=blue>S</font color=blue><font color=green>u</font color=green><font color=blue>n</font color=blue><font color=green>d</font color=green><font color=blue>a</font color=blue><font color=green>n</font color=green><font color=blue>c</font color=blue><font color=green>e</font color=green><font color=red>~</font color=red> <font color=blue>"Never react emotionally to criticism.
