Hi All,

I take 200mg sertraline and 15mg remeron and see a therapist and do therapy and have some close friends and a partner and I am still sad. It gets so tiring and I feel like my tears will not run out. I have a lot of hobbies, so I guess during these times I will lean into those things. The holidays are especially hard for me- reminds me of the family that I am no longer part of because of deaths, mental illness, and time.

Wishing you a joyful holiday.
