Just keep getting these interviews with really *****y female interviewees that won't give me a chance. I have so much experience and so much to offer and it isn't fair.
 sick and tired of the discrimination to be honest. I have interview tomorrow with another woman yet again and she sounded rather nice on the phone but that could be a different story when she sees me. I am always well dressed and well mannered. If i acted like an ignorant gobshite, id probably get work. reverse psychology lol

So sorry you are having a hard time. Sounds so awful. Wish I knew what to say that would help. Hope things change for the better with the interviews.
