I keep sending out calls for help, and nobody’s responding. Just now I told my husband that the reason I am sleeping so much is I’m hoping not to wake up. He didn’t even ask me about it. Just said “I love you” like that was going to solve everything, and moved on. I’m not eating either. And I haven’t been taking my meds because I don’t care about myself.

I'm down pretty far. Nothing bad happened. I'm not sad about anything. But I have no energy.

Already I'm thinking I won't even feel like putting my tree up for Christmas.

Today my anxiety is so bad that I can't even use safe bathrooms (like the ones at my parents' house).

I'm not sure what triggered it, either, but thankfully this doesn't happen too often.

I have felt pretty miserable for a couple of days now. Just depressed. I had been doing so good for quite a while. Then the wheels came off. Now I can't hardly move.

I know from experience that depression blows over for me. I just got to get through this current episode. Just lying around, waiting for this to blow over, might not be the smartest thing to do. But I don't want to do anything else. Need to push myself.

I've been playing phone tag with the ICBC claims adjuster for a week or so now. On her most recent message, she advised me that the other driver has been found at fault for the accident, which is a huge relief. I will wait until I get it in writing to fully relax, however. I'll try and call her again in the morning on Monday. I tried to call her today but she didn't answer.

Today I've been catching up on my sleep, which is something I really needed but didn't realize.

Since midnight, I've been doing laundry. It has helped me feel much less bad about myself. So it's after 3 a.m. I wish I had a normal circadium rhythm. It would be nice to get chores done in the daytime and sleep at night like a normal human being.

Today I'm working on a game on my Switch.

I did my cleaning today. Before the cleaning, I decided to give my sister a call. It went alright but we didn't have much news to exchange with each other.

I was feeling pretty good today but then I got a message from a long-distance friend and then he told me that he will be with family on Thanksgiving. That's why I hate the holidays. Being alone and being reminded that people will be with family and I won't be.

Very dark and rainy here, which is depressing.

I woke up last night at 4AM and couldn't get back to sleep - and realized I can't move on with my life until my health issue is resolved. I had hoped to get off disability and get back to work by now, but a new health issue has appeared and it's not something I'm willing to just wait and monitor. So, I need to pursue more tests, treatment and options. I'm SO disappointed. But I know someone who had a similar issue and it turned out to be cancer, and I know that waiting can mean the difference between life and death.

I finally received confirmation today that the other driver was found 100% at fault for my recent accident. I am relieved as this means my insurance rates won't go up. I don't even care about the damage, it's just some scraped paint on my vehicle which is an old pickup truck, not exactly in pristine condition anyways. I was worrying about this a lot since the accident. I don't think I'm going to even bother getting repairs done, as the minor cosmetic damage doesn't affect the safety or drivability of my truck at all.
