I have been sinking and I don't want to do anything...luckily I still go to work but I don't feel like doing anything social.......what gets you going again? Que

Usually what gets me going again is the simple decision to do something, anything. Like if I don't want to fold clothes (you may have noticed I keep referencing to laundry in my other posts... that's because I've got this HUGE pile of clothes just sitting in my bathroom, pleading), I will promise myself that if I get that done, I can go to bed early. Sleep... talk about reward.

Ok, I'm going to throw a load of laundry in. This is getting ridiculous. Heh. How do you get going again...
