There isn't anything left of me to fight and get unstuck. Out of spirit, motivation and energy to struggle on when there is nothing at the end of the road.

Snow,
I don't know about the rest of us, but when I am feeling like that, I get up and try to find something constructive to do. Most of the time it's laundry or errands. It's really hard to get started, but it's nice to go to bed at the end of the day and say "you know, I matched those socks. I got something done." It helps when you feel guilty for feeling the way you do, you know? And I feel like I deserve some sleep because I got something done. Like, my early bedtime is my reward for going to work. Hope this makes sense. |
