Had the flu at our house this week and of course right on my birthday. All in all I'm just happy both occasions are over with. I mean birthdays can be just too much after a certain age. As for the flu one never feels quite so healthy as when two days of vomiting end. The seasons are changing and so am I. I am grateful for the health I have and the family I have. I hope all who read this well.
