I can't take it any more. I want my guilt and pain and sorrow and fear and shame and turmoil to go away. I want this gloominess to go. I want my life to be happy, exciting or just plain normal. Enough!

Your not alone on that one. I want all this to go away. Day by day I say that " why cant I be me again? " Meds, therapy, support from family and friends and still cant have a day without fear, anxiety attacks or panic attacks, worry, emotional rollercoaster, the list goes on. I hope and pray that one day they will find a cure so we all can be ourselves once again if not a cure a miracle. Nights come and are worse then days sitting and cant sleep mind wanders, insides race ... oh please let me be me again soon !

If you feel to let it out just let it out.

It will get better for you. It trully will.
