The Samaritans offer support via phone, letter or email. There are more resources that can be found on this Psych Central page >>>>>>>>>>>> http://psychcentral.com/helpme.htm and there is the support chatroom here on the forums.

i have used the samaratins... but they do take 12 hours to respond to email . so if it is urgent, call.
