Thanks for putting in the time to do that, Jessica, that was really sweet. And appropriate that it came from the Medical College of Wisconsin, which is about 20 minutes from where I live!

It was no problem! I just hope that it helps. I never realized that some of these foods had vitamin D in them...it is good information to know and to have.

Yeah, I always forget that vitamin D thing. Also the Omega 3 Fatty Acids help with depression, and I forget that. And if I buy all the vitamins, I stop taking them bec. I hate taking so many pills and eventually I forget all together.

Jeesh, being alive sure takes a lot of self-discipline and self-care.

You know what gives you all your vitamin D.

Stand outside when it's sunny for about 10mins.. if you don't have vitamins.......that will give you all your Vitamin D for you whole body.

That's what I try to do. I also take a multi vitamin, but havent' taken it in about a week or so.

Just went to the frig to check. My kind of milk (Silk soy vanilla) has 1/3 of the daily requirement of vitamin D in a single cup. That's reassuring.
