Sleep is really important, do you have any meds to help you get some sleep?

Do you have any music to meditate to? That may help! Or get some sleepy time tea, that's helps calm you and make you drowsy.

Hope you can get some rest soon.

Deep breathes... can you go out and get a specific sleeping pill (an over-the-counter one) and take that to sleep?

May you find sleep soon. (((((((purplebutterfly)))))))))

i warned milk last night for 2 minutes in microwave ... hmmmmm

the trypthopan it released felt restful, like after that turkey dinner on thanksgiving...

anyway, just a thought, plus there is valerian root extract, while the extract taste bad, you can add it to a shot of brandy, and -oh - bad taste all gone.

((purplebutterfly))

Hope you were able to get some sleep. I know when I only get 2-3 hours during the night, I sleep all day. Not good, I know, but the only way I can get the rest I need. Typing in my journal is helpful too!

Take care,
Dee
