i'm in a bad place for 5 days i'm in a bad place for 5 days I have not been my self for the last 5 days. i have been sinking fast and not sure what the reason is. i had an awful painful colonoscopy on Tusday and have been more upset since then..i'm not in pain but i was hurting so bad during the test i started crying and have been everysince. not everyone has a test like that, just a few. anyway, that just added to it. i keep trying to find anything to make me sleep. i don't want to talk to anyone or be awake. i just want to rot away. you don't have to reply, i just needed to talk.....pj56.

(((puckyjan)))

that test is more common than you think and my behind will have the odd experience next week myself. it's scary but it's so weird, it cracks me up. anyway.

the test probably was a trigger for you.
(i am now forewarned)

treat yourself to every creature comfort you can.
i know that is what i will be doing when my time (possible trigger) comes too!

be well and be comforting yourself. fight the fall, if you can. fight it.

peace and love,
night

I'm sorry that the test was so painful and hard on you. i'm in a bad place for 5 days I know some different procedures really upset me as well. Not any fun at all.

Take care of yourself okay... treat yourself to something you like, take time to breathe. You'll be okay. You made it through it.

Oh my. You were awake? They knocked me out for mine. I am so sorry, sounds like you have been traumatized.

So what is bringing you down? What thoughts are you having? Let s try to help.

I'm sorry the test was so bad for you. Can you be extra nice to yourself, treat yourself to little things for a couple of days to help you feel better. I find sometimes that when I'm getting depressed something as simple as going out to a Starbucks for a nice coffee and a pastry helps my mood. And after all the people at the check out have to tell you to have a nice day so it's at least some positive interaction with people.
