There's nothing like foot surgery on both feet to make you feel like a baby, who needs to be cared for. Husband is doing a fairly good job in that regard, but makes me feel badly about my current predicament at other times.

Anyone else understand or been in my predicament?

EJ

You strike me as someone who likes to be on the go, so this must be real frustrating!

Sending hugs (((((((((((( EJ )))))))))))) Feeling depressed after surgery ~

Hope you mend quickly.

(((((((((((EJ))))))))))))))

I had surgery on both of my feet when I was in elementary school. I may have a wheelchair, but back in that day... I wasn't allowed to have it in the house (too small of a house, and 3 floors) so I had to be fairly dependent for some things. So I kinda understand.

Love ya.

Maybe you need your sense of humor to pull you through this recovery with your changeable husband... after all, they are not used to being in a caretaking role.

What about home aides. Does you insurance cover it? Your Dr. can write an rx for it.

Anyway, hope you are feeling better soon. At least you can use this time to rest.

Peace, love and humor,
nightbird

Wishing you a speedy recovery, EJ. I remember what it was like after my back surgeries. Please take care.

I can understand the predicament, but not to the degree that you would need to write others for support. *shrug*

Feel better.

Edahn,

A lot of people here have been through multiple heart-breaking circumstances. Some of us have had our lives shattered into unrecognizable pieces. This results in people feeling overwhelmed by smaller things than would have once bothered them.
