i dont know where this question should go but, i was just wondering something. why have i blocked out all the good things that have ever happened to me,and i can only remember the bad things, it confuses me cause i thought it was the other way around normally. any way i was just wondering.

I think you posted in the right place, as depression makes you that way... feeding you lies and dark thoughts and only memories of unhappy times.

I am exactly the same way. My T actually said to me last week... ."what would it take to make me happy?" I was like "are you kidding?" How about to remember some of the good times instead of constantly remembering the negative? It's a lot harder than it seems when depression is a factor!
